ACRABAT LIMITED - Kenya, Africa I came across the IRON-ON name tapes by sheer luck as I was browsing through the internet. I had no idea that such a practical easy to use product existed. I immediately began an enquiry and the response was immediate. I made no delay in ordering my first machine and materials to start the same in my country, Kenya. At first I was skeptical especially when I did not follow the instructions properly on how to affix the name tapes on my own children's uniforms. I called the supplier in a panic and was instructed on how to go about it. They work wonderfully. They are neat and smart and easy to apply. I started by liaising with the uniform distribution shops by doing a demonstration on how they worked. The response was great. I am currently on a full time job and do the Iron-on tapes in the evenings after work but God willing I will be resigning my job very soon to take on the Iron-on name tapes business full time. I purchased my second machine in February 2004 and I am happy with the investment. The after sales service is fantastic the supplier actually called me on my mobile phone from Amsterdam to help me out when I had a jam on the machine and the problem was solved.

When I first received my order of Kwik Tapes I was very dubious and sceptical and called to complain that what I wanted was sew-on name tags not iron-on tags. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and suggested I try the tapes and if not satisfied call back. I set-out to apply the name tags to the most hard wearing garments, to prove the company wrong. I have now re-ordered twice and would never consider going back to sew-on or ordering from any other company.

Just thought I'd let you know how using Kwik Tapes has settled an expensive argument. My son; Charles, applied a sticky label inside the frame handle of his folding scooter. While Charles was living in France another child claimed the scooter and there was a heated argument as to who was the rightful owner. Fortunatley my son was able to remove the handle of his scooter and show the name label which was hidden inside the frame. The scooter was duly returned and my son was most relieved to settle the argument so easily. So for us our purchasing of Kwik Tapes has been very worthwhile.
